How to Become a PM-International Partner and Choose the Right Mentor and Team

  • How to Become a PM-International Partner and Choose the Right Mentor and Team

To become a PM-International partner, you need to register through the company’s official system and specify your mentor. The partnership itself becomes effective once the application is accepted by the company; purchasing FitLine products is not a mandatory condition of registration itself.

If you plan to start with products, you can choose one of the start options offered by the company during registration. In the Ukrainian registration form, the options are shown as Teampartner Старт / «Партнерський старт» and «Менеджерський Швидкий Старт». The contents, prices, gifts and other start conditions may change, so they should be checked directly in the official form at the time of registration.

But if you are considering PM-International not only as a way to use FitLine products, but also as an opportunity to earn additional income or build a business, it is important to understand whose team you are joining and who will be your mentor before you register.

I am Daria Barylo, a PM-International partner and mentor since September 2022, a FitLine expert, practicing nutritionist, marketer and entrepreneur. In this article, I explain what the start looks like in practice, which questions to ask a potential mentor and what a person joining our team with a business goal can expect.

How do you become a PM-International partner?

In practice, I recommend following this sequence:

  1. Define your goal: personal use of FitLine, additional income, or systematic development of a partner business.
  2. Choose a mentor and a team.
  3. Before registration, ask the mentor about the start system, training, tools and support format.
  4. Register through the official PM-International system.
  5. If you wish, choose a first-order format that matches your goal.
  6. If your goal is business, move on to a strategic session with your mentors and create a plan for your first actions.

If you still have questions about FitLine, the start format, partnership or business before registering, I recommend speaking with me first and making your decision afterward.

Do you have to build a business after registering?

Registering as a PM-International partner does not by itself mean that you are required to actively build a partner business. People can have different goals, and that is the first thing I clarify before the start.

When the main goal is FitLine products

A person may join primarily because of a personal interest in FitLine, use the products, become familiar with the company’s system and gain their own product experience.

Later, they can separately decide whether they want to recommend the products to others, work with clients or develop a partner team.

When a person has a business goal from the beginning

Another scenario is when a person sees the partnership from the outset as an opportunity to earn additional income, work online, build a personal brand, find clients and gradually develop their own team.

In that case, registration is only the technical beginning. What matters much more is what happens after registration.

What do I clarify before registering a new partner?

Before registration, I want to understand why that particular person is coming to PM-International.

If they are interested in business, I clarify:

  • what result they want to achieve;
  • what level of additional income would be meaningful to them;
  • how much time they can realistically devote to this direction;
  • what experience they already have;
  • which communication methods feel comfortable to them;
  • whether they are ready to work through social media, calls, personal contacts or meetings;
  • what questions and doubts they have before starting.

My task is not simply to guide a person through registration, but to understand which work format and development pace may be realistic for that person.

What happens after a business-oriented partner registers?

The first step in our team is a strategic Zoom session with mentors.

During this session, we define:

  • the current starting point;
  • the desired outcome;
  • the financial goal;
  • the available time resource;
  • the person’s strengths;
  • the tools they are most comfortable using;
  • a specific plan for the first actions.

After that, we create a plan for the first week.

Then we use a plan-versus-actual approach: we review what was planned, what was actually completed, what result specific actions produced and what needs to be adjusted.

Depending on the partner’s pace, this review may take place every week or every two weeks. As a result, a newcomer is not left after registration wondering “what do I do now?” but has a clear next step.

What start options are available during registration?

At the time this article was prepared, the Ukrainian registration form offered two main options:

  • Teampartner Старт / «Партнерський старт»;
  • «Менеджерський Швидкий Старт».

They differ in the contents of the first order and in the start conditions. I deliberately do not present prices, product quantities, gifts or promotional conditions in this article as fixed values, because the company may change them.

Before registering, always check the current conditions directly in the official PM-International form for your country.

Why does a partner need personal FitLine experience?

If a person plans to recommend FitLine to others later, having personal product experience makes client work considerably easier.

A partner needs to understand:

  • how the products are used;
  • how they fit into a daily routine;
  • which questions clients ask most often;
  • how to explain the logic of product use clearly;
  • how to support a person after an order.

That is why, if a person makes a first order, I see it not merely as a purchase but as the beginning of their own product experience.

Why should you choose a mentor before registering?

If your goal is business, you are not simply choosing a referral link. You are choosing the person, the system and the environment in which you will take your first steps.

Mentorship affects which start system you receive, who helps you work through your first situations, which tools you use, how you learn to work with clients and how clear your path is after registration.

Before making a decision, I recommend checking at least five things.

1. What start system does the team have?

Ask your potential mentor a simple question:

“What happens with me after registration?”

Will there be a start meeting? Will someone help you define your goals? Will you receive a concrete plan? Who will answer your questions? How often will you be in contact with your mentor?

In our team, a partner with a business goal begins with a strategic Zoom session, receives a plan for the first week and then moves into regular plan-versus-actual reviews.

2. Which tools does the team actually use?

The second criterion is not the number of promises but the specific tools a newcomer can use from the first days.

One of the core tools in our work is PM.GID, a system for the start and support of new partners created by Oksana Tsiuk.

I use PM.GID in my own partner activity as one of the tools for systematic training and support of newcomers.

The system includes a chatbot through which a partner gradually works through materials and receives tasks. Topics include an introduction to FitLine products, the basics of the partner business, first actions, communication, invitations, handling objections and other practical steps.

In addition to PM.GID, our work may include:

  • client chats;
  • chatbots;
  • social media;
  • AI tools;
  • online and in-person events;
  • Zoom presentations;
  • workshops;
  • tools for ongoing client support.

3. How does the team attract new clients and partners?

It is worth asking directly:

“Where do new people in your team come from, and how do partners work with them?”

There is no single mandatory channel for everyone in our team. We use social media, personal contacts, referrals, messaging, phone calls, content, client chats, online presentations, in-person events, workshops and digital tools.

I look at the strengths of the individual person, their experience and available time, and we build a working strategy around that.

4. What competencies does the mentor have?

In a partner business, a person gradually encounters many different tasks: products, client service, communication, content, marketing, digital tools, planning and team development.

My own experience combines several areas. I have been a PM-International partner since September 2022, I have a degree in marketing, I work as a practicing nutritionist, and I am a FitLine expert and entrepreneur.

That means I can share practical knowledge with partners in:

  • marketing;
  • social media;
  • content creation;
  • client service;
  • FitLine products;
  • nutrition within the scope of my professional training;
  • chatbots;
  • AI tools;
  • automation;
  • the organization of digital and systematic business processes.

As of July 23, 2026, my partner team included more than 100 partners across six countries.

5. What environment and training system do you receive?

When you choose a mentor, you are effectively choosing not only one person but also an environment, a training system and a team culture.

At the time this article was prepared, our system included management training, Business Academy, regular online presentations and short team training sessions.

During team Zoom sessions, we cover topics including:

  • social media and content;
  • invitations;
  • handling objections;
  • client chats;
  • AI tools;
  • client work;
  • leadership;
  • team development.

So a new partner does not join only one individual, but an established environment for learning and support.

Which tools can a partner use when working with clients?

It is important to me that a partner learns not only how to find a first client, but also how to work systematically with that person after the order.

One of the tools I use is the 90-day FitLine Challenge, an informational support format for clients working on weight management.

Client chats, workshops, educational materials, online and offline events and tools for introducing people to the products may also be used.

My task as a mentor is to make sure a partner understands not only how to place a client’s first order, but also how to build ongoing service and support.

Can you determine in advance how long it will take a partner to reach a desired income?

You can define a financial goal, but the exact timeframe and result cannot be guaranteed in advance. They depend on time, skills, pace of work, the number of actions completed and many other factors.

For example, a potential partner recently approached me with a goal of approximately UAH 10,000 in additional income. She was ready to devote two full days per week to this direction.

During our conversation, we identified an approximate working horizon of three months. This was not an income promise or forecast; it was an individual goal from which we could move on to planning specific actions.

That is why, during strategic sessions, I translate a financial goal from the abstract “I want to earn more” into a clear work plan.

What systematic work looks like in numbers: a real team case

One of our real examples shows the actual mechanism of moving from consistent actions to a result.

During one working period, a partner in our team produced the following funnel:

70 conversations → 10 meetings → 7 new partners → approximately €360 in first income.

The source for this case is an Instagram Live in which we reviewed her actual start:

Watch the Instagram Live case review

For me, the importance of this example is not the amount itself but the sequence:

conversations → meetings → people’s decisions → new clients and partners → financial result.

This is the result of one specific person over one specific period and is not a forecast or guarantee of income for another partner.

A real case: when a person decided to postpone the start

Not every conversation about partnership ends in registration, and I consider that a normal part of the process as well.

Recently, a woman contacted me after following my work on Instagram for more than a year and attending our in-person presentations in Poltava. She wrote to me herself because she was considering joining the team.

During our conversation, we learned that she had a medical education, worked as a nurse, wanted to earn approximately UAH 10,000 in additional income and was ready to devote two full days per week to it.

We discussed her questions about sales, finding people and working with the product, and showed her the team’s training system and tools.

After that, she decided that she was not yet ready for the active start format she had been considering. We therefore postponed the decision.

For me, that is a valid outcome of the conversation. A person should understand the system, assess their own resources and make the decision when they are genuinely ready.

Who may not be ready for a business-oriented partnership right now?

I would not recommend rushing into an active business start if a person expects income to appear automatically after registration, is not ready to communicate with people regularly, or currently does not have the resources for consistent action.

In that situation, it is better to first understand the product, the partnership model and your own capabilities, and only then decide whether to develop the business direction.
