On August 1, 2026, the official PM-International Ukraine Telegram channel reported a new result: in July, the Ukrainian structure reached €1 million in turnover. An important detail for me was that July was a non-promotional month. Official PM-International Ukraine announcement.
When I saw the news, I was genuinely excited. But almost immediately, I stopped thinking about rankings or an impressive headline number. I started imagining the people and families in Ukraine whose FitLine orders together created that turnover.
For me, €1 million is more than a record. Behind the number are real orders and real choices made by people.
At the same time, company turnover is not the same as an individual partner’s income. The figure does not tell us the exact number of customers, the share of repeat orders or an average partner’s earnings. Those conclusions would require separate internal data.
However, the million-euro result answers another important question: is there a real market for FitLine products in Ukraine? Yes, there is. Its scale is considerably larger than it may appear to someone who judges demand only by their immediate circle.
“I have already spoken to my acquaintances, and I do not see anyone who would buy”
This is what one of my new partners told me:
“I have already offered it to people I know, and I do not see anyone among them who would buy this product.”
This doubt is common. A person has not used FitLine before, has not noticed the products in their close circle, and concludes that other people are probably not interested either.
But one person’s experience cannot objectively represent an entire market.
A study published in the Journal of Marketing Research showed that even experienced marketing executives tend to project their own preferences onto consumers and assume that other people think in similar ways. This is known as the false-consensus effect. Research by Herzog, Hattula and Dahl.
So the belief “I did not use this before, therefore my acquaintances will not be interested either” is not a market assessment. It is a hypothesis that should be tested through real conversations.
Instead of arguing, we decided to collect our own data
I suggested that the partner should not decide in advance what her acquaintances would or would not find interesting. We agreed to introduce people to the information, give them an opportunity to ask questions and observe their actual response.
The work began in June, while most conversations and meetings took place in July. This means the case covers roughly two months rather than a rapid result achieved in a few days. I do not present it as a speed record. Its value lies in showing a real new-partner journey—from doubt to personal statistics, first registrations and first commission payments.
70 conversations, 10 meetings and 7 new partners
During June and July, the partner held approximately 70 conversations. These included phone calls, face-to-face conversations and messenger exchanges inviting people to learn more about FitLine products or partnership with PM-International.
Two people decided to register during these conversations without a separate information meeting. Online meetings were arranged with another ten people, with me joining as the mentor. Five more people registered after those meetings.
Case result: 70 conversations → 10 meetings → 7 new registrations.
This is the actual outcome of one partner structure, not a benchmark or a guarantee. Another person could conduct the same number of conversations and receive a different result. But the experience demonstrates the key point: demand should be tested through conversations and people’s real decisions, not through assumptions made on their behalf.
Each meeting was shaped around the person’s interest
We did not deliver one standard presentation to everyone. We first clarified what the person wanted to understand: FitLine products, the partnership format, the business prospects, or a combination of product use and the possibility of additional income.
My partner organised the meeting and introduced us. I joined as the mentor and answered the person’s specific questions. This meant that the new partner did not need to know everything about the products, marketing plan and company operations immediately. Her first task was to start the conversation, understand the person’s interest and arrange the next step.
A couple decided to experience the company in person
Among those who responded to the invitation was a married couple. They did not limit themselves to messaging or a short online conversation. Together, they attended a PM-International Open Day in their city.
There, they were able to experience the company environment in person, speak with partners, ask their own questions and taste FitLine products. After the event, one spouse registered as a partner. This registration is included in the total of seven new partners in the case.
For my partner, this was an important discovery: people in her circle were prepared not only to listen, but also to make time, attend a live event and form their own opinion about the products and the partnership opportunity.
Optimal-Set generated 74% of the structure’s monthly turnover
The seven new partners purchased a total of 17 Optimal-Sets. The partner herself ordered one more, bringing the total to 18 sets.
View the contents and current price of the Optimal-Set on the official PM-International website.
According to our calculation, in July Optimal-Set accounted for approximately 74% of the structure’s total monthly turnover, while other products accounted for about 26%.
This is one case and cannot automatically be applied to all of PM-International Ukraine. However, it clearly shows how significant a share of turnover can be generated by product sets intended for regular daily use.
That is why, when I saw the national result of €1 million, I thought first not about a ranking, but about real people choosing FitLine for themselves and their families.
“The result exceeded even my boldest expectations”
At the beginning, the partner believed that she had already spoken to her acquaintances and could not see potential customers among them. After seven registrations, she said:
“I did not expect this. The result exceeded even my boldest expectations.”
It was not only the number of people in her structure that changed. Her way of evaluating the market changed as well. Before, her conclusion was based on a feeling: “Probably no one will be interested.” Now she has her own data: the number of conversations, the number of people who wanted to learn more, the meetings held, registrations completed and products selected.
The partner also received her first commission payments for July. I am not publishing the exact amount until it has been fully verified.
The role of PM.GID in this case
PM.GID is my proprietary adaptation system for new PM-International partners. It is a step-by-step route for the first 30 days that combines short learning materials, specific daily tasks, communication templates, activity analytics and support from a mentor and the team.
In this case, the partner was not left alone with a vague instruction to “tell people about the product.” She received specific tasks, learning materials, support in preparing conversations and my participation in meetings.
The general principle behind this approach is consistent with goal-achievement research. A meta-analysis of 94 independent studies involving more than 8,000 participants found that specific plans defining when, where and how an action would be performed had a medium-to-large positive effect on goal achievement compared with intention alone. Meta-analysis by Gollwitzer and Sheeran.
This study did not examine PM.GID and does not validate the results of this particular system. It explains the general principle on which it is built: it is easier for a new partner to move forward when a broad goal is converted into clear daily actions.
What this case means for a potential partner
PM-International Ukraine’s €1 million turnover is not a promise of personal income. It does, however, demonstrate the scale of an existing Ukrainian market.
The practical case of one new partner adds a concrete action-level view. She initially saw no demand in her circle. She then began conducting conversations systematically, involved her mentor in information meetings, received seven new registrations, saw the structure of the turnover and received her first commission payments.
The main conclusion is simple:
A market cannot be evaluated only by what we personally notice in our immediate circle. It must be tested through a sufficient number of meaningful conversations and people’s real responses.
Partnership is worth considering for someone who is ready to learn the products and business model, communicate with people regularly, avoid deciding in advance who will be interested, use mentor support, complete specific actions and analyse their own data.
A large market creates an opportunity. Turning that opportunity into a personal result depends on action, learning, support and time.
How to understand whether PM-International partnership suits you
A decision should not be based only on a million-euro turnover figure or one case. First, it is worth answering your own questions: whether you are more interested in the products, partnership or both; what actions are required at the beginning; what support you will receive; how the first 30 days are structured; how much time you can allocate; and which indicators will be used to evaluate your progress.
