Fitocentr is a family-run online service for personalized dietary supplement selection, founded by Oksana Tsiuk in Poltava in 2005. Over more than 20 years, it has grown from its first local store into a service that now works remotely with clients across Ukraine.
At Fitocentr, clients can purchase dietary supplements from Ukrainian and international manufacturers, get help with product selection, receive a personalized intake plan, and continue to receive support afterward. As of July 2026, more than 23,000 clients had used Fitocentr’s services. Some have made more than 100 purchases, and in some families several generations have already turned to us.
That is why today Fitocentr is a family-run online service for personalized dietary supplement selection. Behind the product catalogue is a team that helps clients through the entire process: from the first question to selection, an intake plan, an order, and the next consultation.
How Fitocentr began
Fitocentr’s story began in Poltava in 2005.
Oksana Tsiuk recalls that moment this way:
“In 2005, I opened the first Fitocentr store. From the very beginning, it was important to me that a person received more than a product: they should also get help with their choice, a clear intake plan, and ongoing support.”
By that time, Oksana already had a higher medical education and practical experience working as a pediatrician. This influenced the service model itself: talking with the person, clarifying their request, paying attention to what they already take, explaining the choice, and organizing a clear intake plan became part of Fitocentr from the beginning.
A person could come in for a specific product. Or they could come with a much more difficult question: “Which of all these options is right for me?”
Over the years, that second scenario became one of Fitocentr’s core areas of practical expertise.
How the store became a family online service
Over two decades, the way clients search for information, choose products, receive consultations, and place orders has changed. Fitocentr changed with it.
Alongside offline work, the following were gradually added:
- an online store;
- telephone consultations;
- a CRM system;
- IP telephony;
- messengers;
- chatbots;
- social media;
- automated client communications;
- video consultations;
- remote support;
- delivery of orders across Ukraine.
Today, Fitocentr’s main format is online. A client can contact us from any city in Ukraine, receive a consultation, agree on a selection, receive an intake plan, and arrange delivery.
Digitalization changed the communication channel, while the underlying logic has remained recognizable since 2005: first understand the person and their request, then move on to product selection.
What personalized dietary supplement selection means
Personalized selection at Fitocentr starts with a question: what does the person want to address or support?
One person already knows the exact product name. Another sees dozens of complexes with similar names and formulations and wants to understand the difference. A third already takes several supplements and wants to build a convenient routine.
During a consultation, we may therefore clarify:
- the purpose of the request;
- age;
- dietary habits;
- lifestyle;
- physical activity;
- supplements the person already uses;
- medicines they report taking;
- test results, if they are relevant to the specific request;
- allergic reactions and other important individual factors;
- the preferred budget;
- a convenient intake format.
This information helps move from the abstract request “recommend some vitamins” to a more specific decision.
Under Ukrainian law, a dietary supplement is defined as a food product intended to be consumed in small defined quantities as a supplement to the normal diet and serving as a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals, or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. That is why, when choosing a supplement, it is important to consider the formulation, the amounts of substances, the product format, and the place of that supplement within a person’s overall diet.

Why the same product may fit different intake plans differently
In practical work, we look beyond the name on the packaging.
For example, two complexes may belong to the same category but differ in:
- active ingredients;
- nutrient forms;
- their amounts;
- the recommended serving;
- the number of daily intakes;
- how ingredients are combined;
- how long one package lasts;
- how convenient a particular routine is.
Our task is therefore to explain the logic of the choice to the client.
Why is this ingredient included?
What role does it play in this particular formula?
How does one option differ from another?
How many servings are in the package?
How can the intake be organized in everyday life?
Questions like these help turn a list of bottles into an understandable decision.
We take into account what the person already uses
One important part of the consultation is the dietary supplements and medicines that are already part of a person’s daily routine.
This has practical significance. The U.S. National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements notes that some supplements can interact with medicines. Knowing what is already being used helps us approach the next choice more responsibly.

That is why, when contacting Fitocentr, it is useful to mention everything you already take regularly.
Diet is also part of the overall picture
Dietary supplements are considered as part of the broader system of diet and lifestyle.
In its healthy diet guidance, the World Health Organization notes that nutrient needs depend on factors including age, sex, physical activity, and physiological status, while a varied diet is a fundamental source of essential nutrients.

For us, the practical conclusion is simple: when selecting supplements, it is important to view the person’s diet, lifestyle, and specific goal as one system.
What a client receives after selection
A consultation ends with practical next steps.
Depending on the request, a client may receive:
- a recommendation of specific products;
- an explanation of why those options were selected;
- a comparison of several products;
- a clear intake plan;
- an explanation of timing and sequence;
- order processing;
- answers to questions after purchase;
- ongoing support;
- a future selection based on the previous history.
The history of consultations and orders is stored in our CRM. When a returning client contacts us again, we can see previous purchases and continue from the information already accumulated.
For the client, this means something simple: each new consultation can build on the previous experience.
Why repeat consultations matter to us
Over more than 20 years, more than 23,000 clients have used Fitocentr’s services.
Another number is especially meaningful to us: some clients have made more than 100 purchases at Fitocentr.
There are also family stories in which parents were the first clients, their children later turned to Fitocentr, and then the next generation followed.
This creates a different kind of relationship with the client. A person returns with a new request, while the team already knows the previous history, the products used, and the context of earlier interactions.
That is what the word “support” means to us.
The second generation of Fitocentr
Today, Fitocentr is a two-generation family business.

Serhii Tsiuk and Eduard Barylo
Behind every consultation and online order is substantial operational work.
Serhii Tsiuk and Eduard Barylo are responsible for order fulfillment, logistics, and delivery.
Fitocentr’s service is therefore the work of the entire family team: from the client’s first message to the parcel they receive.
How Fitocentr works today
Today, Fitocentr serves clients remotely across Ukraine.
The main ways to contact us are:
- telephone;
- Telegram and other messengers;
- online consultations;
- the fitocentr.com website.
Orders across Ukraine are sent by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Courier delivery is also available in Poltava.
Current delivery methods and terms are available on the “Delivery and Payment” page.
When a medical assessment should come first
Sometimes a person’s request requires additional information about their health status.
This can be the case when a decision depends on:
- laboratory results;
- prescribed therapy;
- chronic conditions;
- pregnancy;
- pronounced or new symptoms;
- the need to establish the cause of how the person feels.
In these situations, consultation with a doctor or an appropriate examination can be the right first step. Once the necessary information is available, the discussion of diet and dietary supplements can become more specific.
For us, responsible selection also means being able to identify what information is still needed for a well-founded decision.
How to start working with Fitocentr
There are two simple scenarios.
You already know the product name
Tell us its name. We will check the current information, help process the order, and explain the intake plan.
You want to select supplements for your goal
Describe your request. We will then ask clarifying questions, help you understand the available options, and create a clear intake plan.
Our principle has changed very little over the years:
the person and their request come first — the product comes next.
This is how Fitocentr began in 2005, and it is how we continue to work today — now as a family online service across Ukraine.
